The short version: enjoy the site, don't steal the work, and be nice. The longer version is below.

These Terms of Use govern your use of christianknightly.com (the "Site"), operated by Knightly Design, LLC ("Knightly Design," "I," "me"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Using the Site

You may browse the Site and use it for lawful, personal, or business purposes, such as learning about my services or contacting me. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes on anyone's rights

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Site or its hosting

  • Submit spam, malicious code, or false information through the contact form

  • Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site using automated tools

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, animation, and design, is owned by Knightly Design or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without my written permission.

Client work

Portfolio pieces shown on the Site were created for clients and are displayed to illustrate my work. Client names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here doesn't mean a client endorses anything beyond the work shown.

Your submissions

When you send me information through the contact form, you confirm that it's accurate and that you have the right to share it. Sending an inquiry doesn't create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. Any project work will be covered by a separate written agreement.

Third-party links

The Site may link to websites I don't control. I'm not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link doesn't mean I endorse them.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do my best to keep things accurate and running smoothly, but I don't guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knightly Design will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. My total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knightly Design from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I'll change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
